EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Two Evansville Old National Bank branches and one location in Owensboro will be closing this spring, as part of a consolidation plan.

The two branches closing in Evansville are the North Main St. location and University Square location on Lincoln Ave.

The Owensboro branch closing is on West Parrish Ave.

Old National Bank hopes to maintain the ATM’s at those locations.

As far as staffing, the company is assessing its needs. The company said the Evansville stores may see little to no impact concerning job loss.

In a press release regarding 4th quarter earnings, the bank said that it plans to consolidate its footprint on April 24, 2020, reflecting “an ongoing shift among our clients toward digital banking solutions.”

The company said the consolidations include 10 banking centers in both Wisconsin and Indiana, five in Michigan, four in Minnesota, and two in Kentucky.
