C.A.P.E. Helping Households Pay for Heating this Winter

An Evansville non-profit organization is helping low-income households state warm this Winter.

Community Action Program of Evansville (C.A.P.E.) has already assisted more than 3,500 households with utility bills this season, and officials say they have the ability to help more people in need.

C.A.P.E. has a $2 million budget to assist families in Vanderburgh County, Posey County, and Gibson County.
