The trial for an Evansville man accused of setting fire to his apartment and bringing explosives to a McDonald’s on Green River Road last year is reset for November.
The court has ordered another psych evaluation for Caleb Loving to determine competency and insanity.
A mistrial was declared on Aug. 3. Records show the court received information questioning the accuracy of the report Dr. Albert Fink, a court-appointed forensic psychologist, filed with the court in Loving’s trial.
Loving’s trial is now set for Nov. 28.
