Central City raises flag on 75-foot pole


CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (WEHT)- Central City officials raised the American flag on a new 75-foot pole just off of Highway 431 at Western Kentucky Parkway exit.

The flag is 25-feet by 15-feet. Mayor Tony Armour said they wanted to display their patriotism for people going to and traveling through their city. He tells Eyewitness News it’s the highest flag pole in Muhlenberg County.
