Century Aluminum Delays Potential Lockout for Vote

Century Aluminum delays its potential union lockout at its Hawesville smelter so the union can  vote on a modified version of the Company’s last, best and final offer. 

The vote is expected to take place May 11. 

If the union does not approve the LBF, the lockout is now scheduled for 8 in the morning on May 12.
