Champion tractor-puller Larry Koester passes away at 64

POSEY COUNTY, In. (WEHT) — A champion tractor puller from the Tri-State has died.
Larry Koester of Wadesville died in Tennessee.
The National Tractor Puller’s Association says he passed away in his sleep-while attending a tractor pull in Chapel Hill.
Despite losing both legs in a farming accident, he was known for his victories.
He went on to become a 3-time Grand National Champion and lead the Koester Racing Team in Posey County.
Larry Koester was 64-years old.
