On Wednesday, Chef Red showed us a recipe for keto mozzarella sticks.
Recipe from Chef Red
1 Cup of Mozzarella Blended Cheese (Parmesan, asiago, fontina, mozzarella)
Dash of Italian Seasoning
Favorite Pizza Sauce for Dipping
Find your favorite Non stick Skillet, heat to Med -High.
Place 1 cup of cheese blend in hot skillet and let brown (4-5 mins)
Let toasted cheese sit in pan for 2 mins, then slide out of pan onto cutting board.
Start to roll the cooked cheese into a “swiss roll” method. Cut into stick size pieces, dip and ENJOY!!!!
