Even though summer seems like it will never end, this fall’s general election is just around the corner.
A new poll shows Clinton retaking the lead over Donald Trump thanks to a post-convention bounce.
According to a new CNN/ORC poll, Clinton’s numbers jumped 7% after last week’s DNC.
In a two-way race, Clinton leads by 9%.
52% of people polled backing her while only 43% back Trump.
Clinton also enjoys a strong lead if Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson and presumptive Green Party nominee Jill Stein are added to the mix.
45% of those polled back Clinton in a four-way race which is 8% better than Trump.
