The question over who will represent Kentucky’s 13th District in the state House will remain up in the air until at least later this week.
A committee overseeing the recount will meet this Friday.
It’s expected at that time a coin flip will take place to determine the winner.
Over the weekend a recount showed the race between Democrat Jim Glenn and Republican DJ Johnson ending in a tie.
However, the fight may not end there.
An attorney for Glenn says her client was seated in the General Assembly earlier this year, and the only way remove him is to impeach him.
