EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — As we reported Thursday, the Vanderburgh County Health Department says it received word from the Indiana Department of Health that its strike team would be in Evansville April 15, but following Gov. Eric Holcomb’s Friday briefing, that timing could be changed.
Lynn Herr with the health department says it has now received word that the governor’s office is pushing for the testing to start April 13.
The testing will take place in the Back 40 parking lot between the Civic Center and CK Newsome Community Center. Only Indiana residents will be tested.
The health department says it has not received word
