INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WEHT) – The Indianapolis, Terre Haute, and New Albany federal courthouses are now closed to the public per a General Order from the Southern District Court of Indiana.

The court will be discussing the feasibility of closing the Evansville federal courthouse to the public Wednesday afternoon.

The Court will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.

The Court will continue to conduct all necessary hearings and other proceedings as it deems proper, and will allow necessary witnesses to participate meaningfully upon written notice from counsel filed with the Court.
