EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Deaconess is beginning to resume services that were temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

That includes increasing in-person patient visits, elective procedures, and surgeries.

Several coronavirus-related practices will remain in place, including screening for COVID-19 symptoms at hospital entrances.

Patients and visitors entering Deaconess facilities should also wear face masks.
