INDIANAPOLIS (WEHT)- The Indiana Family & Social Services Administration released guidelines related to COVID-19 Sunday for parents and child care providers.
Families who need assistance finding or paying for care can contact Brighter Futures Indiana at 800-299-1627. Information on finding local child care can be found here and here.
Children who are home from school due to possible COVID-19 contact should engage in social isolation at home, not in large child care settings. It is also recommended that caregivers in this situation not be older than 65 or have a chronic condition. However, this does NOT extend to all children who are home from school as a precaution.
Information regarding frequently asked questions can be found here.
