(WEHT)- NASA has announced scientists have developed a new ventilator design in just 37 days. Officials say they hope the new ventilator can ease the burden on the limited number of existing ventilators being used on COVID-19 patients across the country.

NASA designed it so it can be built quickly and with fewer parts. NASA says it hopes the design can be fast-tracked and approved in the coming days so it can be used to help COVID-19 patients.
