Rite Aid expanding COVID-19 testing

(WEHT)- Starting Monday, Rite Aid will expand add seven new COVID-19 testing locations across the United States. The new locations will launch in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, and Ohio.

The centers will use self-swab nasal tests, supervised by Rite Aid pharmacists. Testing will be done in Rite Aid parking lots and participants will stay in the car. The company expects to conduct 200 tests per day at each location.

Rite Aid already has 12 testing sites across the country and expects to open more in Delaware, Virginia, and Idaho.
