Crawford County man sentenced to 17 years in prison


CRAWFORD COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – A Crawford County man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for drug charges.

Dennis Burgdorf pleaded guilty to possession and dealing in illegal drugs.

Burgdorf was arrested after a lengthy investigation by Indiana State Police in November 2018.

Originally, he was charged with dealing meth with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and dealing meth – at least 5 grams but less than 10 grams.

Burgdorf pleaded guilty to two level 3 Felonies.
