HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – All charges have been dropped against an Evansville high school student who was accused of rape over two years ago.
Luke Pokorney faced several felony charges, including sexual assault. On Monday a judge in Vanderburgh County Court dismissed all charges against the student.
A reason for the dismissal was not given.
