Trial moved for Evansville man charged with dealing deadly drug

EVANSVILLE, Ind (WEHT) – An Evansville man will have his fentanyl-related trial moved out of Vanderburgh County.

Todd Gardner was arrested in August and charged with dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death. Police say Gardner sold Zachary Goodin a pill containing fentanyl.

Goodin was found dead in April.
