EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – One election worker in Evansville went the extra mile to get voters to the polls.
Aunt Samantha, not Uncle Sam, wears her outfit all day as she helps voters get their ballot pulled up on the voting machine.
She even completed her outfit with a beard.
She said there was even a proposed contest to see how long she’d wear the beard.
Aunt Samatha’s actual identity is Jan Rhodes of Jan’s Fashions.
She didn’t buy the costume. She made it by hand.
