The Evansville City Council is expected to vote on two ordinances on Monday night.
The Transfer Ordinance could be struck down – eliminating the need for the mayor’s office to appear at council meetings before every cash transfer between accounts.
An amendment to beef up the existing Good Neighbor Ordinance could be up for a vote.
That gives law enforcement and landlords the ability to kick out problem renters.
