An Evansville woman is found guilty of several drug felonies following a two-day trial on Thursday.

Authorities say Darah Kammerer, 44, was arrested after detectives raided a home on Covert Avenue in October of 2016.

We are told methamphetamine, prescription pills, and a .380 caliber pistol was found inside the home.

“The jury listened to the evidence we presented and came back with the correct verdict. Detectives with the Evansville Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force got this large amount of methamphetamine off the streets. We won’t tolerate drug dealers in Evansville,” said Vanderburgh County Deputy Prosecutor Emily Hall.

Kammerer will be sentenced in the Vanderburgh County Circuit Court on July 20 at 2 p.m.
