EVPL to host panel on disability awareness

The Evansville Public Library (EVPL) will host a panel to discuss inclusion for people of all abilities on Wednesday, April 4.

The panel will be held at 11 a.m. at EVPL Central library.

It will include the Arc of Evansville and Old National Bank’s Ben Trockman.

The Arc of Evansville’s mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to build relationships, gain independence, and achieve their full potential.

Ben Trockman is Old National Bank’s Diversity and Inclusion Outereach Specialist.

After a 2006 accident left Trockman paralyzed below the neck, he has become an advocate for those with disabilities.
