EVANSVILLE, Ind. – (WEHT) Fifth-Third bank customers may have experienced a major network problem Friday, causing many customers grief as they tried to access their bank accounts.
Many customers reported having issues on Friday, including their cards getting declined and access issues at ATMs.
The bank says they are working to fix the problem as soon as possible. Customers are able to access their accounts online and with the mobile app.
As of 5 PM CT, they say everything should be restored.
