HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Former Owensboro Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Matthew Constant has been indicted on one count of tampering with physical evidence.
Constant was arrested earlier this year and charged with procuring or promoting a minor to engage in a sexual or other prohibited activity.
Constant is scheduled for arraignment on October 27.
