On Wednesday only, the first 100 vehicles with paid admission to Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights will receive two coupons for a free, single scoop of Ritzy’s ice cream.
The second 100 vehicles with paid admission will get two coupons for $1 off a $5 purchase.
Coupons are redeemable at any Evansville Ritzy’s restaurant.
The ice cream is being donated by Ritzy’s, the annual drive-through light show’s major sponsor.
Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights continues nightly in Evansville’s Garvin Park through Jan. 1.
Hours are 5 to 9 p.m., Sundays through Thursdays, and 5 until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Hours on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are 5 to 10 p.m.
For vehicles with up to 6 people, admission is $7 per car at the gate. Admission for vehicles with 7 to 14 people is $10, and admission for vehicles with 15 people or more is $25.
Horse-drawn carriage rides are available for $30, which includes admission for up to six people.
This year’s event is being held in memory of Andy Guagenti, co-owner of G.D. Ritzy’s, Guagenti was an advocate for individuals with disabilities and the founder of Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights.
All proceeds from Ritzy’s Fantasy of Lights fund therapy for local children and adults with disabilities.
