Tuesday, the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force was called to the Greenville, Kentucky home of 37-year-old Carrie Byrd, where, during a search, authorities say they located what they suspect is meth.
Officers say that pills and a syringe were also found.
Authorities say the drugs and paraphernalia were all within reach of a child that was living in the home.
Byrd has been charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Endangerment of a Child, and other charges.
Byrd is currently being held in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
