SANTA CLAUS, Ind. (WEHT) – Holiday World’s Happy Halloween Weekends opens Sept. 21st, for six weekends of Halloween fun!

And prices for the opening weekend will be $10 due to an IT system issue.

There will be a limited number of park rides open and food service offerings will also be limited, accepting cash only.

Holiday World will open at 11 a.m. and close at 6 p.m.

A costume character dance party, comedy, magic, live shows, trick-or-treating and 12 acres of corn maze and hayrides are all part Holiday World’s kick off to a season of family-friendly Halloween.

Splashin’ Safari has closed for the season.

All gate proceeds will be donated to a regional CASA chapter. The program is designed to recruit, train, and support volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children.

If you purchase a ticket on Holiday World’s website and choose to redeem it on Saturday, you’ll receive a refund that reflects the deduction.

Normal pricing and operations will resume on Saturday, Sept. 28th.
