Halloween Extravaganza will be held Oct. 27th

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Three community churches, Audubon Kids Zone and the JFK Community Center/City of Henderson Parks and Recreation Dept. are teaming up for the third annual Community Trunk or Treat Halloween Extravaganza.

This year’s event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 27th at 2:30 p.m.

It will begin at the Audubon Kids Zone on the corner of Letcher and Powell Streets and ending at the JFK Community Center on Alvasia Street in Henderson.

There will be candy and fun, with a hotdog and drink at the end of the trail.

Haunted school buses will run from the JFK Community Center to the Audubon Kids Zone every 15 minutes for anyone parked at Audubon Kids Zone.

This event is open to the public.

Last year, there were more than 1,500 participants at this event.
