Spring will bring a warm Easter weekend. Flowers are blooming, and a yellow dust coats almost every surface.
Pollen counts are expected to peak this weekend, and even if you don’t have allergies, you may feel your sinus swell.
Dr. Anne McLaughlan says you may have symptoms of watery eyes, itchy nose, and trouble breathing.
You can manage symptoms with over the counter medications, but if pain increases, doctors say you should come see them.
If you have to be outside, Dr. McLaughlan recommends a shower before bed. She says hair is like a pollen magnet.
You can also wear sunglasses to help keep pollen out of your eyes.
