An iconic Los Angeles-area donut shop is taking team spirit to the next level, changing its look for the first time in more than five decades – all in support of the Rams.
“Go Rams baby!”
LA has Rams fever.
“Yes, yes. L.A. – representing L.A.”
And now one of the most iconic buildings in the city is jumping on the bandwagon.
Randy’s Doughnuts has transformed into the Rams House.
Crews have been working around the clock for three days painting the exterior of the building blue and gold. Nike and Rams logos were also being added.
So, what do fans think?
“Yeah I love this. Whose house rams house.”
“Good. That means everyone is starting to get on the Rams bandwagon. Once we win the Super Bowl next week, the whole city will get on it.”
This makeover thanks to Nike, but it’s the first time Randy’s Doughnuts has ever painted its exterior outside of its original colors since it opened back in 1962.
Dedicated Rams fan Joe had to check it out before he went to work.
“No words can explain the love and the happiness we have right. Now, our children can have something to kind of resonate and have a home team.”
Wayne Smith also heard about the big makeover and the Rams Doughnuts that are now being sold.
He stopped by the shot before catching a plane to Atlanta for the Super Bowl.
“It’s really great to get to bring Rams donuts to Atlanta. Who has Rams doughnuts in Atlanta right?”
But the biggest change coming to Randy’s Doughnuts will be the iconic huge donut that sits on top of the building because until Super Bowl Sunday, it will say LA Rams Donuts.
