An Illinois woman crashed her vehicle as a result of falling asleep early Sunday morning.
We are told that Angela Dunn, 38, was traveling westbound on Interstate 64 when her vehicle left the roadway to the right as a result of her falling asleep.
Authorities say Dunn’s vehicle traveled through thick brush before striking a tree and coming to a rest.
A 15 year old passenger was reportedly taken to an area hospital for treatment of injuries she sustained in the crash.
Dunn was charged with Improper Lane Usage and No Valid Driver’s License (expired).
