Indiana attorney general could override county prosecutors

(WEHT)- Indiana’s Attorney General Curtis Hill could override county prosecutors if a bill at the Statehouse keeps moving forward and becomes law.

This measure would allow the attorney general to prosecute cases a local prosecutor has a policy not to pursue.

Our Statehouse newsroom will be talking to the Marion County prosecutor who decided to stop filing cases with small amounts of marijuana.
