Is the Fix For 41 project actually complete?

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Fix For 41 project is complete… Or is it?

INDOT tells Eyewitness News that the $25 million project that began in May 2017 was complete as of mid-November.

However, there was some work going on Monday on northbound Highway 41 heading into Evansville.

The project rehabilitated seven bridges and laid down new pavement across a near four-mile stretch.

INDOT told us a few weeks ago they still had a few side projects to finish up in the area.

Most – if not all – of the work zone signs have been removed.
