A Tell City man was arrested after allegedly fleeing from police and crashing into a police car.
Indiana State Police attempted to pull over 30-year-old Blake Hensley, but authorities said Hensley drove through a stop sign.
According to ISP, Hensley did not stop and led authorities on a high speed chase where he struck a police vehicle.
Tire deflation devices ultimately stopped the car, but police said Hensley jumped out of the car and ran into the woods.
Police chased him as he ran into the Ohio River where they ultimately took him into custody.
Hensley is charged with reckless driving, resisting arrest, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
