Wednesday evening about 10, Jasper Police say they encountered a car traveling on 6th Street with its headlights off.
Stopping the vehicle, police say they determined that the passenger in the car, 19-year-old Cassidy Engleman from Jasper, had an active warrant for Minor Consumption.
After placing Engleman under arrest for the warrant, police say they found a glass pipe containing meth inside her pants.
Police say they also found two rolled-up dollar bills inside Engleman’s purse, which, when tested, were found to contain traces of meth.
Authorities say they found a metal smoking pipe inside the car that tested positive for synthetic drugs.
After being cleared for meth withdrawals, Police transported Engleman to the Dubois County Security Center.
Police say that while she was in the security center intake, they found packages of Suboxone and synthetic drugs concealed inside her underwear.
Engleman was additionally charged with Trafficking, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Synthetic Drug.
