(WEHT)- A federal judge postponed the sentencing of former National Security adviser Micheal Flynn indefinitely.
The judge granted lawyers more time to decide if prosecutors can use Flynn’s former attorneys against him. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contact with a Russian Ambassador in 2016. Now he’s trying to withdraw the plea claiming his counsels pressured him into taking a deal.
He’s was due to be sentenced later this month.
