Kentuckians Allow to Keep Health Care Plans for Another Year

Good news for some of the 280,000 Kentuckians whose insurance policies don’t comply with the Affordable Care Act. They will be able to keep their plans at least for another year.

The state insurance commissioner says their insurance companies opted to continue existing policies, but some other companies still won’t allow it.
