DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (WEHT) — As Kentucky State Police continue to investigate the wreck which caused the Panther Creek bridge on KY 81 to be shutdown, troopers have released a new photo of a truck.
Troopers say several witnesses identified the truck in the photo as the likely vehicle who struck the bridge pillars damaging its structural integrity.
Troopers are asking anyone who has a home or business security cameras on KY 56 and KY 81 to check Monday, May 18, 2020 between the hours of 1 – 3p.m. KSP is receiving additional images of the truck pictured. Those who have additional pictures and/or can help establish identity of the owner/operator, contact Kentucky State Police Post 16 at 270-826-3312.
