Plans are to have a northbound lane restriction near the interstate 69 and Western Kentucky Parkway interchange in Hopkins County on Thursday afternoon.

Starting around noon, workers will take northbound I-69 down to a single lane, so road crews can put down new markings.

The new lane markings will make navigating the interchange easier.

The work is expected to last about four hours.

Drivers are asked to slow down and watch out for crews working on the road during this period on Thursday afternoon.
