Local media joins together to provide relief after Hurricane Michael

News

Earlier this month, Hurricane Michael ravaged the Florida panhandle, damaging and destroying homes, roads and public facilities, as well as leaving millions without power.

Recovery efforts are continuing, but our neighbors to the south need a lot of help.

Wednesday, Eyewitness News is joining with other local television and radio stations and The Evansville Courier & Press for, “Neighbors in Need: Relief for Hurricane Michael.”

The all-day mediathon from the Evansville Red Cross gets underway Wednesday morning at 6:00 and continues until 7:00 P.M.

And, join Eyewitness News at 6:00 this evening, for a special half-hour program, where we and all our local media partners will broadcast as one, both on air and online.
