10 Mount Vernon residents facing drug charges in Posey County

DRUG BUST

POSEY COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – Ten people are now facing drug charges after undercover investigation by the Posey County Drug Task Force with assistance from the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, Indiana State Police, and Department of Child Services.

All subjects have been arrested and are in custody with the exception of Buddy Snelling. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts are asked to contact Posey County Dispatch at (812) 838-1320 immediately.

  • Crystal D. Davis, 41, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Attempted Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony
  • Buddy Snelling, 45, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance, a Class B Misdemeanor
  • Brittni D. Hanmore, 32, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Attempted Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony
  • Tyler Nicole Gomez, 26, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 5 Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony
  • Jamie M. Ashby, 35, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 3 Felony, Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 6 Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony
  • Garrett S. Owen, 27, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Attempted Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 3 Felony, and Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony
  • Jason L. Hall, 29, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony
  • Rondre C. Cook, 31, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 3 Felony
  • Thomas M. Peters, 43, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine, a
    Level 4 Felony
  • Ryan F. Gomez, 40, of Mt. Vernon, is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 2 Felony, Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 3 Felony, Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony, Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, a Level 4 Felony, Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 5 Felony, and Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony.
