Bicknell teen arrested on rape, sexual battery charges

KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – A 19-year-old Bicknell man is accused of sexually assaulting a person.

Indiana State Police arrested Andrid Hernandez in connection with an alleged rape that happened on July 5th in Bicknell.

During the investigation, ISP says Hernandez sexually assaulted the victim inside her home and was able to get in by removing a screen on a bedroom window and climbing inside.

Hernandez was arrested Friday afternoon around 4:30. He’s being held in the Knox County Jail on bond.

Hernandez is charged with rape, burglary, sexual battery, and residential entry.
