A boil water advisory in Tennyson which was issued on July 11, for customers located south of I-64 has been lifted.
The Tennyson Water Utility says the problem has been corrected.
Bacteriological samples have been collected from representative sites of the entire Tennyson water system and tested. The test results were satisfactory and it is no longer necessary to boil the water.
