HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Firefighters in Evansville were called to a report of a fire in the 1100 block of Bayard Park Drive on Wednesday.
Officials say the fire caused heavy damage to the basement of the home. No injuries were reported, but four cats were rescued from the basement.
Officials say the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
