Carhartt employees protest vaccine mandate at Hopkins County courthouse

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky (WEHT) – Carhartt employees gathered at the Hopkins County courthouse on Monday to protest the company’s vaccine mandate policy.

The protest comes after a similar protest last week near the company’s plant in Hanson. Carhartt is reportedly requiring employees to be vaccinated by January 4.

The federal requirement for all businesses with more than 100 employees was put on hold by the Circuit Court of Appeals.
