Eyewitness News learns new information on last week’s fire in Henderson that forced a woman and her small child to jump from a second story window.
Investigators say the fire appears to have started because of an electrical issue in one of the lighting fixtures outside the home.
The woman who lived there broke her ankle, but has since been released from the hospital. Her daughter was not hurt.
The flames were so hot at times, the siding on the home next door melted in some areas.
