Celebration of life planned for “Superman”

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT)- The family of Glennden “Superman” Stovall has announced plans for a celebration of life for the local teen who died on Christmas Eve.

Stovall was born with Lesch-Nyhan Syndrome, a rare condition that causes neurological and behavioral abnormalities. He was locally known as “Superman” and was given an honor walk at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville.

After his death, the Stovall family agreed to donate his organs to several recipients, helping save four lives. The family plans to have a celebration of life in his honor at the Alexander Funeral Home, North Chapel in Evansville starting January 2nd at 4:00 PM and concluding the following day.
