The owner of a well-known chocolate store in Evansville is now facing drunk driving charges.

Police say 55-year-old Stephen Libs tested four times the legal limit to drive and is being held without bond.

Officers say he was involved in a minor traffic accident near Green River Rd. and Lincoln Ave. around 4:30 p.m. Monday.

When police arrived, they say Libs was unsteady on his feet with bloodshot eyes.

Officers say he failed a number of sobriety field tests then blew a 0.33 on the breathalyzer.
