City of Henderson to replace storm siren next week

Local News

The City of Henderson is going to take down and replace a storm siren next week.

The storm siren is near First United Methodist Church and is one of the older units in the system.

The fire department says it might take as long as two weeks to remove and install the new siren.

The city says the siren system overlaps so residents outside will still be able to hear them go off.

But it’s always a great idea to get a weather radio and listen to Wayne Hart.
