Evansville, Ind. (WEHT) – The Evansville Children’s Museum is closed to the public this week.

Because around 332,000 children explore cMoe each year, the museum is shutting down for its annual annual fix-up week to deep clean, sanitize, and remediate exhibit spaces.

cMoe will be closed to the public Monday through Saturday.

The museum invites community members, school organizations, corporate businesses and others to assist them clean as they prepare for the fall season.

cMoe says both daytime and evening shifts are available.

During the closure, cMoe’s administrative offices and phone lines will still be open for questions, bookings, and membership purchases.

The museum will re-open to the public at noon on Sunday, September 15.
